2.5W Class-D Audio Amplifier 2010

This is a 2.5-W high efficiency filter-free class-D audio power amplifier in a 1.45 mm x 1.45 mm wafer chip scale package (WCSP) that requires only three extemal components.Features like 88% efficiency,-75dB PSRR, improved RF-rectification immunity ,and 8mm² total PCB area make the XPT2010 class-D amp ideal for cellular handsets. A fast start-up time of 1 ms with minimal pop makes the XPT2010 ideal for PDA applications. In celluar handsets ,the earpiece, speaker phone ,and melody ringer can each be driven by the XPT2010.The XPT2010 allows independent gein while summing signals form separate sources ,and has a low 36 uV noise floor ,a-weighted.
